Pratham IT Support Bot

A modern Telegram bot designed to streamline IT support within organizations, built using Node.js, TypeScript, and the grammy framework. This bot integrates with an Express.js backend to provide efficient and scalable support solutions, i made this for 4F at pratham it to connect clients and with internal CRM.

Ticket Management: Automatically generates support tickets from user messages, allowing support to manage tickets in CRM that I made
